Use of the app
One Percent Daily provides habit tracking, daily review, progress analytics, and personal coaching tools to support your self-improvement. You may use the app only in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Use the app for lawful, personal purposes
- Take responsibility for the activity on your account
Account creation
You must create an account to use core features. You can sign in through email, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, access it through unauthorised means, or use it to harm others.
Subscriptions and Premium access
- The Free plan includes core features with a limit of 7 active habits
- Premium unlocks 20 habits and advanced features
- Every new account receives 7 days of Premium Access with no payment details required

AI Coach limitations
The AI Coach provides general self-improvement guidance only. It is not medical, mental health, or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
Health and fitness disclaimer
The app may help you track fitness, hydration, sleep, and recovery habits. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition. Consult a qualified professional before making major health changes.
Intellectual property
One Percent Daily and its content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Percent Daily is provided on an 'as is' basis and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
