This Privacy Policy explains what information One Percent Daily collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the app and help you grow.
Information we collect
When you create an account and use One Percent Daily, we may process the following types of information:
- Account information such as your name or display name
- Email address used to sign in and contact you
- Authentication details when you sign in through email, Google, or Apple
- Habit data, including the habits you create and your completions
- Calendar event data you add or link to habits
- Daily review data and reflections you record
- Progress analytics generated from your activity in the app
- Subscription status and entitlement information
- Device and usage data, such as app version, device type, and basic diagnostics
- Notification preferences and delivery status
- AI Coach interactions used to personalise your guidance
How we use your information
- To provide core features such as habit tracking, Daily Review, and progress analytics
- To personalise coaching and AI insights based on your app data
- To manage your account, subscription, and entitlements
- To send notifications you have enabled
- To improve reliability, performance, and security of the app
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to operate the app:
- Supabase is used as our backend provider for authentication, database, and storage
- RevenueCat is used as our subscription management provider
- Apple and Google payment systems process any subscription payments — we do not receive or store your full payment details
AI Coach and insights
The AI Coach uses your app data only to personalise insights and guidance. It does not use your data to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.
Data export
You can request or generate an export of your data from within the app so you always have a copy of your information.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account & Login → Delete Account, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your account data, habits, reviews, progress, and settings unless we are legally required to retain certain records.
Your GDPR and UK data rights
If you are in the UK or EU, you have rights over your personal data, including:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you
- The right to correct inaccurate data
- The right to erasure (deletion) of your data
- The right to restrict or object to certain processing
- The right to data portability
Data retention and security
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
